Maddie's Odyssey

I'm off to Greece soon, sailing around mythical Ithaca with Mr Grigg and going to all those little coves and places you can only reach by boat. And boy, do I need it.

I came home from the council Death Star yesterday and burst into tears for no apparent reason.

So I probably won't be blogging much over the next fortnight. I have hand luggage full of reading books, OU text books, a laptop and the first three chapters of my novel to be getting on with.

That's about it
Love Maddie x

  1. Have a wonderful time away - forget about everything but the moment. I have a bad case of envy of the blue sky, sunshine and water you'll have - but will expect full reporting, with photos, on your return!

  4. It's probably the Death Star that made you cry. All that marching around, stomping your feet and barking out commands. And that white stormtrooper armour doesn't look comfortable. That Darth Vader can be a tough manager to work for!

It sounds like an idyllic holiday. Take plenty of pictures to show us. But don't wear the stormtrooper armour when you get there. Can you imagine the tan lines you'd be left with if you did?
